93 windsheild washer pump won't pump

I put in a new pump, but it won't work. I do not have the manual, so I don't know if there is a fuse somewhere I don't know about, can anyone help me?

Does the motor produce any sound? If it does check the discharge tubing. Usually its just plain rubber tubing; it might be broken or disconnected (and dumping the fluid on the ground) or crimped. Also, the button nozzles might be obstructed with wax or something, and the pump discharging to a dead-end tube.

Thank you for the reply first of all. However, The motor was not making any sound, ie was not turning or trying to pump. For some reason it has just decided to start working again...thank you again for replying...
