need some help

i have a 1993 Cavalier 2.2l engine need to know how hard it is to get the tranmission out of it.it quit or i think it did wont move in any gears at all.just wondering if any body know how hard it will be to do myself..

you should check the clutch slave, & clutch master first. I had that happen on my 89 once, & the clutch slave cylinder had gone bad. After replacing that, it worked fine. Maybe have someone check it out for you before you spend money on a new trans?
