Tranny/clutch 1?'s

Here's the story I have a leak in my tranny at it looks like where the drivers side transaxel connects to the tranny. So it grinds sometimes going into 2nd and all the time going into 3rd. Their is a grinding noise and I was told it was my Thow out bearing.(push in the clutch and it stops).

I am probly going to pull my tranny pulled in a cople months. I was planing on puttin in a new clutch(act 2600 planing on going uber turbo). With those act kits do they have everything I need(or should have) for a new cluch set up. Also planing on getting on getting my flywheel just turned. What do you think I am looking at for a rebuild of the tranny at a shop if it is already pulled out? What could be screwed(senceros?). Am I better off getting a neon tranny and swaping the bellhousings? And with the neon tranny what is the gearing like?
