3800 S/C Longevity

My 2000 GTP Coupe just turned over 110,000 miles tonight. Does anyone have an idea how many miles a stock 3800 S/C should go before trouble? It seems to run great, gas mileage is still 27-29 Hwy. Any GTP wizards have idea?

Life expectancy varies greatly. I know a gal who races her GTP with 146,000 on the clock with the original blower. I know others who have had failures at less than 60,000 miles. Changing the oil is imperative! Don't let anyone tell you that it doesn't need to be done. Some dealership mechanics and service writers tell people that it doesn't need to be changed.
