Stupid People Replies

I'm not a stupid person, so don't think i'm replying.

I was just breifly glancing at some things and i totally agree that these young punks in Civics with stock ans sticker that think they're all that need to get real.

I'm still a young punk (i'm 18, hehe) but i don't go actin like i'm all that either. I worked my ass off one year for my Bonneville, and it's not like i'm gonna go out and pick a race with a ferrari ya know?

People who think their car is great can keep their opinions. To shoot your mouth off to get attention is NOT a smart way to do it. Ask for a race, and play against something reasonable that would make a good race. I mean jeez, a Z06 challenged me the other day, and i just laughed at him and went my own way wondering what he was tryin to prove by out running my Bonneville.

People really are just stupid.

Oh, and for the kid with the '82 Chev Caprice......your car has a 305 small block V8 under the hood (from my knowledge of the Caprice around that time, it may even be a 350).....with minimal work, it'll keep up to and beat the snot off any punk kid in Honda in your town. (you get the idea). Don't dis the big old sedans. The car i had before this was an old '82 Cadillac and that thing REALLY moved when it got going. I beat out countless CRX's and Preludes in it, mainly punks at my school that though they were hot cuz they had bright yellow painted on their cars.

I think that's all.......my apologies aswell, i hate venting here like this, but ya know, punk kids need to learn that they aren't all that and shouldn't be stupid in front of other people to demonstrate it.

That's all from me. :toothless

Hey I completely agree with you. Im 18 too and there are so many kids up here that think because they have a big ass fart can muffler they can blow everyone away. I love import cars and I love domestic cars, but I dont think my piece of crap Jeep is all that. Sure its fun but wow I put a UMD sticker on the back and it added another 50hp.
Here i found this for your amusement hope you enjoy.

Since part of the topic is aimed at me I might as well reply. My '82 Caprice is an awesome car. I couldn't have asked for a better first car. I have the 350 V-8 with close to 200hp stock. I also get 22mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is an automatic and it weighs around 3500lbs and its size is comparable to a tank and the fact that it has currently 128k miles. Right now stock I can beat most Ricers out there. I would mod it if it wasn't a family car that I soon plan to give to my sister when she turns 16. If it seems like that I am dissing big sedans then I'm sorry. I actually like big sedans. Most of them get bad raps because they usually are only driven by old people and Afican-Americans who have tricked them out.

hey but there is one thing good about modding old sedans they make great sleepers. I love big old 80's cars too I was looking for one for a long time but had to settle with the bird cause I couldn't find one, I think they've been all used up in demo derbies and stuff. oh well some day I'll find one, or I'll just keep modding what I got now.

NSX-R:

so having a flowmaster and a k&n air filter in my minivan makes me a homosexual? wow, how did you come up with that idea? a jeep is a grand dad's car? why, jeeps are very capable off road vehicles. go to your local grocery store and take a look at a few off road magazines, you'll see jeeps in there doing some insane things.

you must own the coolest car in the world in order to be saying all that. let people mod whatever the hell they want without being such a fascist.

Lightbulb this is all I gotta say

Hi I'm new k thx.

Anyways I sort of understand what these kids are thinking when the fix up their little pos Civics. For the most part, its their first car, and if they paid for it completely, then thats something to be proud of. And they are pretty excited about it because they earned it. Regardless of whether its slow. They hear a lot of shit from other trashtalkers on how they can make a Civic do this and that, so the kid decides he'll supe up his car. Civics are real quiet on the street and they want their car to sound mean (if you can call that nasty squeel they make mean) so they put the big coffee cans on it. Now then, you've put about 4,000 bucks into your car to make it faster. It may not be the fastest thing on Earth but again it is something to be proud of now, because it is and it feels a lot more powerful then what it was. As far as stickers etc, well, who doesn't want to make their car stand out a little more than the average junk on the road?

It's only when they start talking more shit then they can backup. "Man Civics own Vipers and Vettes". Please kid stfu and sit down k thx. It's one thing to make your economy car faster than a sports car, but talking trash that Suped Civics eat STOCK Vette, thats garbage. Who cares really? Put the same money into the Vette and it will once again run circles around the Civic. It's just promoting the Civic into something it's really not. If I really wanted to I could make my old pos 4 cyl Chevy Celebrity run circles around a Vette. A simple engine swap (which is what a lot of Civic owners do)to a bigger engine with say 360 hp, and a lot more other mods of course, and say bye bye Vette. However I'd much rather invest my money into my S-10 Xtreme thank you. Trashtalk isn't impressive. These are the idiots that need to get a clue.

That's my point!

Idiots that talk trash are the ones that should be home in bed
under Mom and Dad's curfew!!

LOL!!

I'm just sick of teenagers pulling up beside me and giving me the "you think you got something? HA!" look and revving their engines. The only race i've seen where a Civic would've beaten me as a 5.0 Mustang against a '92 Civic hatchback and the damn little blew the mustang out of the water, and i know the mustang driver new what he was doing as he made the car move F-A-S-T and still lost!

But then again, i didn't actually race the civic so it sounds off true!!
My Bonneville and i haven't lost one yet.
