dual cooling fans

how could i hook up a dual fan set up on my 90 camaro, will the dual fans just have one flug for both or do i need to modify the harness.

each motor has its own two wire plug..
go to a junkyard or something and grab another plug with a couple feet of wire on it.. just long enough to solder it into the existing harness

hmm.. good point..

well what ide do is get a 30amp SPDT relay (about $1.00) and wire it up...

Use the power wire from the first fan as the trigger, than run a (fused) 12v right from the battery or fuse box to the relay to power the second fan.. ground the relay and ground the fan.. this way it isnt drawing any amps off of the original fan circuit, but when your original fan turns on, it will open the path from the battery to the second fan
