How to Clean JWT POP Charger ?
I bought mine second hand I am sure that I need to clean it. What is the right way to do it so I do not ruin it ?

my experiences with a k&n drop in filter
the jwt filter material looks like the k&n material so that's what i'm going off of here...
k&n sells a "recharge" kit that consists of a cleaning fluid and a reoiling fluid. you can pick it up at any pepboys or other auto store. directions on the box... cost: 10 bucks i think. basically one fluid will clean it off and turn the material almost white... and then you apply the oil which is red and this helps catch the random dust... i don't think you should run the car immediately after cleaning though- don't wanna suck oil into the engine. last time i recharged mine i just left the car sitting overnight. the next day- everything was dry and ready to go. good luck. -clifford
