I read in the past threads that it was loud - but that's about all I know about it.

I just got the Greddy EVO installed 1 hour ago and I have to say it sounds beautiful . If you want an exhaust system, I think and I'm sure many other's would agree - the Greddy is the way to go.

It's a purring sound. I find that at high rpm, there is an increase in power/torque - but as far as at low rpm's, I'm losing torque - (btw, I'm an auto). With the hotshot header/cai and greddy which was installed, I could feel the dif at high rpm, definitely an increase in hp. I have to test it out again - so what I just said is preliminary.

Talking

I like my exhaust (unbelievable deep prrrr, but sound dissapears at high rpm..) It's an HKS hyper exaust, and a high flow cat system, custom mandrel bent piping..... if your looking for performance and looks, thats a way to go.... Although the mandrel piping is really expensive and hard to find, another way to substitute would be to get someone that already has pre-bent corners and just weld it to the piping custom.

Greddy is also a tight exhaust system, use to have an SP on my gsr...

ive heard that the 5Zigen Fireballs *REPLACE* your cat. convertor with just normal piping, so basically straight piping it.

yes, greddy has an exhaust for the p10...not the EVO tho. Costs ~$500ish (cat-back). It's on www.stillen.com (<---expensive) lots of other places have them too, search www.google.com

I used to have the GREDDY MX exhaust on my 95' G20t (Paid $449.00 for it from STILLEN). This exhaust sounds nice, but it has to be the ugliest exhaust period, hangs very low. Not much thought at all was put into designing it. THIS EXHAUST IS NOT A DIRECT FIT! I posted before that I had to have the entire exhaust bent heated you name it. The damn thing has a terrible drone if your traveling long distance. I had the muffler assembly removed and kept the B-pipe on and reinstalled a BOSAL oem stock replacement muffler I had previously. It has a welded on bosal chrome tip. It will have to do until I decide whether to purchase the 5ZIGEN catback. I have E-mailed and spoke to a guy who has the 5ZIGEN catback installed on his 240sx and he says it sounds great. He posted pics of the install on his website, check em out. :flash:

I've had the 5Zigen Fireball exhaust for almost 2 years already. Its the smaller-sized one. I bought the universal muffler and had 2.25" piping done. The muffler was only $185. The sound is nice when you are cruising but when you accelerate hard it tends to be loud. What do you expect with a straight-through muffler. I like how it looks- Its clean and flush with the rear. It doesnt give your car that ricey look with a huge and loud exhaust coupled with a slow ass engine.
