hey all i know this is off but i can't make up my mind please help

ok i have spent a month tryin to make up my mind. ok here we go i got a alpine 7969 deck with alpine type x 6.5 compents and a rf 501 s pushing them and i have a power 800.2 and im going to run it at 800 rms at 4 ohms mono and i had a type r 12 sub but that amp is just to much power for it. my box is either 1.25 or 1.5 i forgot but its custom made with a slot port with about another cube foot in that port.

the 3 subs im thinking about are

rf t1 12d2

diamond audio m6 2004 12 d2

Hifonics Goliath XX 1612

i can't find out wich is the best for that amp soo it wont blow it. i would like to know what you guys think?
