Completed!

Well, I had kind of forgotten the due date, and recalled it as being sometime mid December, so my entry is a bit rushed. Like, missing the dashboard. That being said, I will show what I have, at the time of the deadline...

So here you go, one teaser pic. After Mike posts the poll, I will add the rest of my pics.

And Mike, yes there is a lot of orange peel, I know, but its my first time, so give me a break.

Tease tease!

Its easy to cure Orange Peel, Just wet-sand between coats. Its time consuming, but results are flawless! Is it even clear coated?

Yep. Try and remember though, this is a paint job finished in one night.

Re: Re-Dubbed S10 Cabriolet---Completed!

Here's some more pics

Heres how it looked when I started, just for reference:

And heres how it looks now:

Lower a Dub City model? Is that even possible?

List of mods might be a nice read...

Made it a cabriolet (duh)
Two tone paint
Hand painted pinstripe
Lowered
New wheels
Shaved doorhandle, trunk, taillights
Two-door conversion
Molded TV into center concole
Rear bench seat courtesy of a BMW
Detailed interior
Lost the dashboard
Custom painted tonneau cover
Detailed front end
Removed engine
And I had to remove the bed of the truck, cuz it wouldnt fit back in because I lowered it too much.

Looks great! Even if you hadn't rushed the paint to beat your competitors, you would've been at the top of the pile. I like the interior alot.

Re: Re-Dubbed S10 Cabriolet---Completed!

The interior is shinier than the exterior... Looks a lot better than I thought Tim. But I still do hate most convertable trucks.
