where do you buy your supplements? and what do you use?

I was just wondering where everybody buys their protien, creatine, etc..
Local GNC? Other health food store? Internet? I buy mine from
www.advantagesupplements.com
Low prices, and the place is like 2 hours or so from where I live, so fast shipping. the closest gnc is an hour away...Also, what supplements do you take? Type and brand. How do they work, and are there any products that should be avoided like a plague (from your personal experiences)?
Im using muscle milk now, have ON 100% whey ordered, and BSN NO-Xplode ordered.

I got my gnc card..iv tried out several things like protein bars, and whey protein shakes, wieght gainer..the bars were good and the 100% whey protein thing they had at GNC tasted really good and had like 50g of protein a serving..iv been trying out different things since im new to this whole muscle building thing...but i think im goin back to that brand..unless of course they got something dirt cheap on sale
