WMP problem
Ever since last night, When I hooked 2 monitors up and now have them running. All my videos on WMP are black and white? I installed the newest one, (10) and it still does it. Any ideas?

Some video cards only support running videos on one of the monitors. Try dragging the video from one monitor to the other.

XP, Video card, Nvidia GeForce FX5200 256MB with dual monitor support. 1 video card, 2 monitor hook ups.

well as OZ was hinting windows is not always 100% happy with dual monitor systems. However most problems arise when using two videocards.
On dual outpurt cards should work just fine. And from what I'm understanding everything displays just fine and only WMV videos are B&W. It might be a corrupt codec. Try installing the k-lite codec pack and see if that fixes it.

Fixed it, my regular monitor was plugged into the number 2 port, not the normal (anolog diplay) port, Once I plugged it into the normal port all the videos are color. (why didnt I think of this before I posted this thread)

I've had many calls like that in my years as technical support for internet connectivity. It happens. Even us technicians have brain farts sometimes.
First rule of thumb - make sure it's plugged in correctly. Second rule of thumb - make sure it's turned on. You'd be surprised how many people follow neither before calling tech support.
