exhaust sound question
I have an HKS hi-power muffler with 2.5inch custom piping and a hi/flow cat on my 00 civic ex and when the vtec kicks in it sounds like a fart can. i was wondering what i can do to get rid of that sound and make it sound deep. also would straight piping from muffler to the cat and a resonator make a difference? thanx

Re: exhaust sound question
yah, use a long resonator like 18+ inches. Won't affect exhaust flow that much so you don't have to worry about restricting flow again.
