questions on BMW models

can anyone tell me which company have ever produced the BMW E36 M3, 328i, and E46 3 series? i have been looking for those cars for a long time already. Thanks

But what the heck:
Dragon E36 M3 allthou it has some minor flaws it is the best one, reboxed by Revell
Revell Alpina E36 sort of 328 but in Alpina version as Revell premium kit (very hard to find)
Dragon BTTC car derivate from 320 E36
no one makes E46

Yeah Dragon Makes an E36 M3 i have there kit, its pretty good. well i havent really had the time to make progress on because iam currenty working on my S2000 but iam glad to say that iam almost going to be done with the S2K so hopefully i can wrok on the M3 that is if no other project get in the way.

Hasegawa made an E36 318/328, which was rather decent, and Tamiya did an E36 325, which is damn hard to come by. Can't speak to its quality, but hey, it's Tamiya.

Yeah, no one has made an E46 of any variety, and I certainly wouldn't hold my breath expecting one, either.

For the record, Fujimi made(makes?) a decent E34, but noone has touched the E39, M or otherwise. There again, I don't expect to see one.
