1994 Dodge Shadow

I've been working on a 94 dodge shadow. The car will start and run great. After the car warms up, the car can be shut off and restarted, but if the car sits for 5-10 mins. The car then will not restart. It shuts the fuel pump and the ignition off, and remains not to start for a period of time. What sensor or relay could cause such a problem? Any sugjestions would be great. Thx.

What engine? Turbo/Normal Aspirated? Auto or Stick? What climate are you in?
