Good spyware programs

Anybody know any good programs i can use to get rid of all of this damn spyware on my computer. i know i can google it, but i'd like to find something that other people have actually used instead of guessing.

Adaware great but do a seach on download.com and read some feedback of other products, there are alot better ones then spybot and adaware that are freeware. So download it, clean ur PC, then remove the prog.

I use Spybot. I like it, just make sure you scan like once a week, keep the program updated. Also you could try using Firefox, it doesn't download spyware like ie.

Also try webroot spysweeper, it works decent and download the google toolbar and stop d/ling crappy porn and you wouldn't have those problems to begin with.
