1998 1500 Stalling

My 1998 K1500 has 100,000 miles on it and has been a good truck but lately it has been stalling. It has a 350 and an auto tranny VIN R. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter because I thought I got some bad gas but the problem continues. I stalls when you come to a stop in some cases and others when I hit the gas after I put it in gear. This problem has happened for the past week and I have always been able to get it started after but today it was not there. I usually have lights and power in the cab when it stalls but today everything was dead,no dome light, gauges, etc. I took it in and the dealer said it was bad connections and replaced the battery and cleaned the wires. I runs now but I still wonder if it was something else. The alternator tested fine and there were no codes on the computer. Any other things that should be checked? Any help would be great guys. Thanks.

I have the exact same truck. 1998 K1500. Sounds like it could have been just bad connections. Do you maintain it regularly? Fuel filter, air filter, trans oil & filter.....etc. And is your truck dark emerald metalic green?
