Back Passenger Door Panel Removal

Any help on how to pop off the back door panels? I'm trying to change the window motor.

Thanks in advance

Door panels

I finally got the beast off. Popped the white screws off around perimeter, then removed the lock lever and there was a bracket phillps screw, took that off and it was pretty easy from there.

The window kept rolling down, so I braced it with a long block of wood and taped it to the track. That will keep the window up until I can get a new motor.

My passenger side window stuck in the halfway point in the rain about a month or two ago...that was fun...20 miles form home and no shelter from the wind drivin down the highway...woe is me! LOL Anyhow, I'm glad the heater worked really nice. GM can really make that work! Damn, not even 5 minutes after I cold start the car its hot enough for Jeans and Tshirt driving!

But is there a way to rig the regulator in the "up position"?? I need a new window (car vs-telephone pole shattered the window) and still have yet to fix the motor/regulator. Duct tape around the plexiglass window i have now seems to do the trick..but looks hella ghetto.
