timing specs question

I have a d16z6 vtec. i want to check the timing but the lable under my hood can't be read.

what are the specs for the timing?

any tricks to timing adjustment that can make it easier or is it as simple as lossening the bolts and rotating slighty.

Your gonna have dish out the $30 and buy yourself a timing light to get the results you need. 1/8" movement on the distributor cap and the timing is changed +- 2 degress. What do you mean by

? Are you saying the the specifiications are on that label? The timing should be set at 16 degrees BTC, which is marked on the pulley.
