Re: What's A Good Nitrous Set Up ???

fuel pump, larger injectors, Colder spark plug stay away from zex plugs, make sure that "mugen spec" ecu isnt advancing timing too much.

Timing + Nitrous = BAD

edit: doh I see you said wet kit, you could always get larger injectors to be safe might help your setup out while your not spraying. Dont go too large.

Re: What's A Good Nitrous Set Up ???

I have a crx now I used to have a hatch.

It has an LS, ebay intake and a thermal cat back, and a 50 shot, and a broken motor mount. - yes I know the time is slower than expected, it's a high 13 sec car just didnt get enough practice in with the nitrous.

without nitrous it ran 14.7 @ 92-93mph

Re: What's A Good Nitrous Set Up ???

the 2 things i would worry about first is like civicHBsi said hwo much does that mugen chip advance your timing and second get rid of that obx underdrive crank pulley.

idk if that 75 shot is too big for that y8, the 65 shot might be pushing it. i would take out that mugen chip and run a stock ecu. should get something that will retard your timing when on the bottle. and of course supplying enough fuel so you dont lean out

It's nice to see people using the ls motor. It's so cheap and much faster than a b16. Nice. I have a LS/Vtec with PR3 pistons. I love it.
