speaking of kick panels

ya know how the seat belt bolt goes right in the middle of that kick panel/trim that goes along the door... is there any way to get that bolt out?? I wanted to take the panel off so I could get my carpet out easily, and put it back easily, but noooo, its tightened to 35542345 ft/lbs so it cant be removed. Plus I wanted to mount tweeters on that panel right underneath where the seat belt hangs from for the front seats, but i cant get that damn bolt out thats holding the seat belt there. It's like i'd have to use an impact gun! I know its gotta be tight because its a seat belt, but sheesh, does it gotta be THAT tight?

Re: speaking of kick panels

Try using a ratchet and then putting like a piece of pipe on the handle to make it longer this will give you more leverage to work with making it a lot easier to do the same amount of work. Make sure you use the right kind of bit.
