Rusty rotors, what to do?
Forgive me if this has been addressed before. 2 weeks ago I installed new Brembo blank rotors and Bendix pads (this is the family ride) on my wifes 2000 SE and all went well. But now after some good wet weather they are rusty (ugly ugly orange) everywhere the pads do not contact. Is this normal? Is there anything that can be applied to the non-contact surfaces to prevent this? You guys are the gurus so this is why I came to you. Thanks!

Yes. Is there anything that can be applied to the non-contact surfaces to prevent this? Not guru = have not heard. Why should you?
