Unhappy 2002 Impala Radio (PLEASE HELP ASAP)

I have a factory CD player in the car and it says "LOCKED" how do i Unlock it so i can hear my radio and play my CDs?. And how do i Turn Off the Securty Feature?

I had this problem on my car when I replaced the battery. I called the dealer,they told my to bring it in and they would reset the radio. (my wife said)They held a couple buttons down for like ten seconds and it was a done story. I hope this helps, By the way they did not charge us.

i had a similar question one time with my uncles daewoo and they told me to take it to the dealer and he did and they fixed it for free
