Shift Knobs?

Hey,
I own a '91 skyline GTR and i need a shift knob... or atleast a solution. I have a momo one peice (shift knob and boot all one peice) and i love it, looks amazing in the GTR.. but problem is it keeps popping off espically when shifting under racing conditions etc etc. does anyone know a trick to keep this froom happening, because tightening it all the time involves removing half of the interior. any suggestions.. or if I am SOL is there any knob that looks good and screws on so as to avvoid this dileme... and where can i get one. thanks!
