Passlock II and BOA Remote start

I just recently hooked up a BOA remote start system in my 98 chevrolet C/K 3500 Pickup. I cannot start the system remotely or by turning the key. I think it may be a passlock issue. When i turn the key i can hear a clicking sound and that is it. My truck does not start. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

Did you hook up DEI part #555L? You have the PKII system on the truck. If you turn the ignition on for 10min then crank it, it should start but only if the wiring is correct.
