got-er in and runnin, but having problems
i got my 350 and the 6 speed put into the rs over the past few days, i fired it up sunday for the first time, BUT, it revs up and down up and down until the engine gets hot then it the idling smoothens out. whats my problem, no check engine light, after it warmed up i took it for a spin,
the car runs great on the road and my tranny seems to be hard to go into gear, but whats up with my idling problem, my buddy couldnt figure it out.

Idle problem sounds like a vacuum problem or a bad sensor of sorts. Hard gear transfers sound like throw out bearing or fork.

If it's a TPI car, you will want to check your TPS voltage and the IAC voltage to make sure they are operating correctly.
