No power on E250 OBDII Port

2003 Econoline E250 - I don't seem to have +12VDC on the OBDII port. Does anyone know if there's a fuse on this line, and if so, which one is it? Is it on the fuse block under the dash to the left of the steering column?

The vehicle runs fine, so it's probably not the ECM, and it's quite new (42,000 miles).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a 200 E-150 that does not power the scanner. If I figure out what the fix is I will let you know. Or if you do let me know.

Hoser, we took the vehicle into the Ford dealership - turned out to be a blown fuse. Unfortunately, I wasn't present at the repair, so I can't tell you which fuse or where it is. Sorry.
