Car deposites buying a car online
What are the major sites for depositing money when buying a car online as a holder. The person who is trying to sell me this car seems to be a little fishy. He hasn't given me his home phone number after numerous times of asking him and he sent me to a deposite site that was down. www.paycheckbuy.com. What should I do? He is selling this car for a really-too-cheap price. Can someone give me some advice here?
