Heat Lines

I have a 90 integra ls and the Heat lines on the back window don't work. The button doesn't stick in like the other buttons. I am thinking about taking it to an Acura Dealership to check it out but will it be too much money? Has anyone else had this problem?

ah the rear window defroster. yup same thing here. they will charge you an arm a leg and your mother to fix that. somewhere in the window one or more of the lines have seperated at one point causing the electrical current to stop. now if they can find out which line it is they might be able to repair the line. but more than likely they will tell you that you need a new window. and i know that is $1k. i've checked. and if you have tint. they will have to take that off just to check it. might as well get used to it or buy another window.
