integra vs 240sx

Which car would you rather have and why? Before i was considering getting an integra, picked the s14 240sx over it. But now I am considering an integra b/c I want FWD for the winter, but I don't like how I see em everywhere. Anyways so I'm wondering, which would you rather have? BTW I like the newer integras, the one with the two beaty circle headlights. I think they are called the DC2s, can't remember. And probably the GS trim, GSRs r too expensive. What is the difference between the GS and LS trim anyways?

i preferably like the fwd better. and the reliability of honda. there are few differences between the gs and the ls. it's hard to say but the gs is the more luxurious of the two with the rs being the base model. the gs has rims but then you have the ls special edition w/leather and the full package. but the gs comes w/leather and the ls does not. i think.

Re: integra vs 240sx

AFAIK the SE came out in 95, left in 97 with the RS coupe and the GS appeared, 99 the RS dropped.

and for the differences I think its just the GS has 15's and leather unlike the LS.

I would like a 240 with the SR20DET swap, but if you need a winter car id go for the teg. it will be alot easier in the snow.

meh, I voted integra only because you didn't specify year and trim levels.

I don't care for the beady eyed 3rd gen integras, and I also don't really care for the newer 240's but I lke 2nd gens integras and I like 3rd gen if they have the jdm conversion. I love the 90?-93? 240's with the pop up lights... but they are a little weak, but they are an good base to work with.

Re: integra vs 240sx

Holy crap its spreading like wildfire. Publicenemy, did anyone ever answer your 1991 240sx question? I was wondering the same thing.

And as far as which one...man im in the same boat as you. Im really really lusting for the FWD again, but im gonna save my coin and buy a GSR. BTW what is the engine that comes in the GSR, just to end an argument between me and my friend.

Re: integra vs 240sx

b18c, engine that came with the GSR. Eh, I think i'm going to just keep my 240, we have a spare civic I can drive in the snow but hopefully my sis won't nab that during bad weather

240's are awesome with the sr20 sway and a zenki front end converstion on the later models. but I'd take an older like 93 model with the s13 rear end and do a full s13 front end clip; sr20 and all. But I still love my integra, it's my baby!

Re: integra vs 240sx

I'd go with the 240 just cause its RWD and WAAAAAAAY more rare. You dont see that many 240s. I like their shape, and wit the Silvia lights they look great

But I'm about to purchase an Integra
