Windshield washer pump problem

My front windshield washer fluid does not spray in 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I replaced the washer motor/pump ($10 from junk yard and tested that it worked), but this did not fix the problem. Note, I now believe that there is no current being sent to the pump and that my original motor is fine.

I have checked the Chilton manual and owner's manual to see if there is a fuse for the front washer motor/pump, but none is listed. Oddly, the rear washer has its own fuse in the box and it is OK.

Any ideas or suggestion greatly appreciated.

Un plug the washer harness to the washer pump and test to see if you have power when the washer is applied. If you do the problem is probally under the cowl cover. Remove the wipper arms and remove the cowl screws. The washer hoses and washer nozzles are located there. They could be plugged and keep the washers from working.
