ssei

I was wondering where is should start with a ssei 98 supercharged series 2 motor. I was wondering whether or not I should put on a different pulley and chip etc and whether a pulley would screw the car up without tuning.

Re: ssei

As with any engine, start by helping it breath. Low restriction intake and CAI (cold air intake) and a high flow exhaust is the best place to start. You can improve on this with a set of headers.

Swith to a 180 degree thermostat and then start thinking about a smaller pulley.
