Talking My project '01GT...

I recently bought my first mustang. I plan on having this car for a very long time(obviously to pay it off)!!!My ulitmate goal is to have it built with a supercharger and 15+ psi.Until then i just want to start adding things so that when the time comes it's readey to go.Now,if I were to go ahead and upgrade parts of the intake system like a 75mm MAF,75mm TB,bigger injecters, and some exhaust...How would the car run with this stuff and no supercharger???Also, would the cars computer figure the more air and add more fuel so that i would already gain some power....Thanks

Re: My project '01GT...

You DEFINITELY don't want bigger injectors on your stock motor. If you're going to do the supercharger relatively soon..just get exhaust. I'd suggest gears/shifter if it's a 5spd.

2.5" Cat Back of choice, 2.5" Catted Bassani X-pipe, and 373 gears should get you in the very high 13's / low 14's and would be a good setup for future mods. This should set you back about $1200-$1500 and would be the biggest bang for your buck.
