Stock Offset?

Does anyone know what the stock offset is on the 4dr 4x4 GMC Jimmy? I have a 2000. I am having problmes with aftermarket rims and my suspensin parts. I was told that the wheels sit too far from the truck itself. I currently have 15x8 eagle alloy 146's with a +27mm offset. Thanks!

Re: Stock Offset?

That is the offset and what you look for when making sure the wheels will fit.

Re: Stock Offset?

The stock offset is 50mm for the OEM 15x7 wheel according to GM. You're saying I should be looking for a 40mm offset on an 8" aftermarket wheel, correct? What about 38mm?

Thanks a lot! Not to beat a dead horse but have you had any suspension problems?
