2000 Cavalier - Headlights out, clicking sound from dash fuse panel

I have a 2000 Cavalier and recently I noticed that my daytime lights and headlights were going out when switching the car into gear.

The dash shows that the lights are on when in park, but when you put it in gear there's a "click click click click click" sound from the fuse panel by the drivers side door, which is followed by the service light showing on the dash panel and the headlights/daytime lights going out

I had some wires and a relay replacef earlier in the week, but it started happening again the next day. I opened the fuse panel and gave the relay a light tap and the problem seemed to correct itself for a short time, but then occured again later.

Could the relay they replaced be bad or might there be short or something?

Thank you.

%99 sure it's your multifunction switch. Seen that problem a thousand times through the shop.

I was having the same problem. One of my headlights was blown. Check them at all three levels, driving, low, and high.
