Flickering Xenon Headlights 2000 328

While driving one night noticed flickering of headlights .Does anyone has a fix?

i dunno, maybe they were auto leveling?

I have this also, but only when driving over a bad road. Do you know allready what the problem is? Maybe it´s the bulb itself?
