97 v6 mods???

I recently got my hands on a 97 2.5L v6 Avenger in great condition. The paint is great, its got leather interior, a nice sound system, etc., but I don't like the lack of power. what kinds of mods are out there for these types of cars to add some more power to it? does anyone know what the stock horsepower is on these?

I got the car for 2500$, and I want to keep it because I found a viper body kit for it for $125, and it looks great, but its not what I was wanting powerwise. If there arent any mods to give it more power, you think I could get at least 3,200$ out of it? its a 97 in excel. condition with 134k miles.
