2003 Malibu in-dash CD Removal

Does anybody know how to remove the CD player from the dash for a 2003 Malibu. I would like to replace the CD player, and run the wireing kit for an amp without having to dish out the cash to Best buy or circuit city. I think it has something to do with just a couple pressure clips on the Trim around it, but i could be way off. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know the 2000 have a couple of clips on each side of the trim plate and you can gently lift it off it just snaps off

You must take out the ignition key plate first!! It's really easy to remove with simple prying.
