i was playing initial d rescently. and people keep on cutting me off so i cant get passed!anyone know how i can get passed easy?

no im saying like when im behind and i can get passed the other driver but he keeps on cutting me so i cant pass him so how can i pass him

Swerve to the left/right, then the other direction, as he goes ot cut you off. He should be on the wrong side as you. Umm...I know it worked for me, but it might not work for you....

Maybe you can swerve left then right like what HighOctaneNOSUser suggested. But there are other ways as well

In the arcade version, press and hold the start button to turn off the lights for night courses. That should make your car harder to spot while driving.

You can also get your friend to drive in front of you and you try to drive at angles where your friend finds it hard to spot you from his rear-view mirror.

Strategize the time where you're going to pass him as well. There's no point trying to force your way through all the time. Try to find a moment where you can catch him off-guard and make use of the opportunity.

And of course, once you've passed him, don't ever let him pass you again =)

I think blocking is impossible to stop especially if the person is smart. I've played idiot blockers. They keep blocking you even as you enter a turn which is stupid cuz they end up taking the worse line and screwing up. The smart blockers impossible to win against. They're usually good at the game and at blocking. Meaning cuz your finally probably gonna be able to beat someone good you wont know because they'll let you get by slightly then slam you into the nearest wall. So good luck with all those crap ass cheaters out there.

I just fake the bastards out. Works every time if you do it right. Just keep swerving left, right, left, right, left, right, and they'll swerve along with you, until you just stay left/right and fly past him. It only works on straights though, 'cause you have to play them for a good 5-10 seconds.

O'course I've never met a "smart" blocker, so I dunno how you can defeat them. Just don't face them on Irohazaka, otherwise you're screwed royally.

Never raced on Shoumaru Pass, but I heard it's a bitch to pass on. I can't find a Ver.3 machine around here since I moved, otherwise I'd be playing the hell out of it right now.
