Question Carb?

I have a manuel, to remove the carb. but how do i get the fuel lines off? the book do's not tell me. they are on tight and i do not want to f!@# with them, or break them off.

Spray some penetrating oil on the fittings and put one wrench one the Carb Fitting and one wrench on the fuel line fitting and hold the Carb wrench and turn the Fuel Fitting. They will come off at least most of the time.
