Dropping a late 80's ranger

I've looked around a bit and I can find lift kits but no lowering kits which is what I would really want to do to this truck. Its a 2.3 5 speed 4wd.

Also how much boost can the engine handle stock? I have a nice Turbo Coupe manifold, turbo, and FMIC sitting in my garage that I think would make a nice addition to the truck.
