R35 is fake

Racer 20 noticed the similarities, and I was the one that had the guts to resize the Z pic and see how similar it is to the fake R35. :finger: If anyone has any better Z pics please post here.

Now now before we start blasting Nissan:badass: remember there are many different pictures of "cars" or anything for that matter on the internet that people claim to be the real deal.

Have to admit this would be one of the best that I have seen?! Both cars although shown from the front right, are at a different angle, notice that the "fake" is turned slightly more towards the right?

Also from what we were all thinking (or just me in my nightmares trying to figure things out).

Nissan Altima = Infinity Skyline based on the XVL platform.
Nissan Z = Infinity GT-R add awd, aws, TT.

Is this acceptable as a new Skyline?! HELL NO! But it seems the way to save money for Nissan.

Oh and BTW, all those kinda pics are fake, they are used to represent what the current design is, and with the V35 topic by igor already posted, it did its job quite well.

I have to admit that the pics are very similar but I do not think that nissan is stupid enough to make them that close, anyway that would suck. the z should in no way be able to compete with thte skyline.

oh yeah, talking to Danny Ngan about those images and he said they are artists concepts, so they will be fake. Anyone who doesn't know that is just plain stupid

I posted this because at the time everybody was calling that the R35 GT-R. I only made it clearer. It just happened that Igor posted it before me.

First off I think most of you know I DO NOT like this version of the R35 much. In time maybe. BIG MAYBE.

But since people wanted to see a better picture here goes.

Also what I heard.

"To debut in 2004. The GT-R will be known as the R35, and will be separated from the lesser-powered Skyline siblings, which are known as V35 series. Apart from more muscular styling, it will possess a turbo-charged V8 motor which will generate phenomenal output. Nissan reasons that since many "foreign" cars, such as the new M3, rates their engines over 280-ps in Japan, the voluntary 280-ps limit for domestic car-makers is meaningless. With the current Infiniti Q45 making 340-hp in NA form, the turbo-charged R35 should be able to put out at least 450-hp!"

This theory fits into what I feel Nissan is planing. Still I want the look of the R34.
