Whats the difference?

I have a 94 accord lx and I was trying to figure out whether I had a CD3, CD4, CD5, or CD6...I haven't found any sites explaining the differences or just directly saying what mine was...I thought it was a CD6 but someone said it was a CD3. I was just wondering if someone could explain the differences or at least tell me what mine is. Thanks.
