looking for a '67 GTO
I found one in collectorcartraderonline.com and cant really tell what the car is worth since I dont know much about muscle car values.
http://adcache.collectorcartraderonl...8/76669278.htm some info...the car pulls to the left when breaking, and its got rust spots under the rear 1/4 panels. Also missing some parts. Hes got it listed for $16,500, what would be a fair price? TIA |

Re: looking for a '67 GTO
Too high unless it's a "special" model, like a Ram Air car or an SE. It's tough to put a value on a car you can't see, but $16,500 is a fair price for a "class 2" car. Needing rust repair and mechanical help makes it a "class 3". Offer him $10K and see what he says.
Bear in mind, it will cost well over $20K to do a proper restoration on a car like this. |
