When is your civic considered a "ricer"?

Always was wondering what is the defention of ricing out your import car? i just have my civic lowered with 17's and exhaust... am i considered a "ricer"?

If your car is "all show" with cheap parts that glow at night or whatever, and it's slow, you're a ricer.

in my opinion its all about the way you ACT. If you put a muffler and wheels on your car and go drive around like your the sh*t and you know it (ex. sitting at a stop light and reving as a nice car drives past in the other direction, etc.) then your a big ricer.
