When is your civic considered a "ricer"?
Always was wondering what is the defention of ricing out your import car? i just have my civic lowered with 17's and exhaust... am i considered a "ricer"?

"ricer" is all opinionated. I believe in building your car to your own liking and don't listen to what others say.
Just like artwork. Some peopel like Michaelangelo and some like abstract.

in my opinion its all about the way you ACT. If you put a muffler and wheels on your car and go drive around like your the sh*t and you know it (ex. sitting at a stop light and reving as a nice car drives past in the other direction, etc.) then your a big ricer.
