14b turbo on h22

hey guys, so i have a 4th gen. prelude with minor modified h22. ive seen and talked with others who have boosted lude but came across a certain guy with an h22 accord. he fitted a used 14b turbo on his h22 and the whole proj came for under $600. i can't believe the mani fit but it does. im aiming to do the same thing soon but im wondering exactly how practical this really is. im a high school kid with only a $1k budget and not too extensive tools. im also afraid i could run into major extensive problems. anyways, these are his pics. http://www.xratedcc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1214
