h23 times vs h22

Im doing a swap from my h23 to the h22 motor. I ran a consistant 15.4 at the track (q/t mile) with my SI h23 motor. I had a INJEN CAI, Magnaflow Cat-back, Full MSD ignition system (SCI box, blaster coil, wires), NGK plugs. Toyo f4 tires and a eiback sport drop kit. Now on my H22 engine I put on AEM cam gears, and a set of DC headers to go along with my other bolt ons from the h23 (Cat-back,CAI, MSD, tires, suspension) . Now I have more bolt-ons and a VTEC engine. What is a good number to throw out there that i'll beable to achieve at the track?
Help im so curious and the track is closed till spring.

I wouldn't be surprised if you could hit around a mid 14.

guesstimate your horsepower, at the fly wheel, as well as the weight of your car(I typically add the weight of the friver as well) and plug it into this calculator... it seems to be decently accurate.

Re: h23 times vs h22

Weather, Track conditions and Altitude have to do a lot with times.

Re: h23 times vs h22

well its good till a point since driver plays a great role as well, and so do drivetrain
MR cars tend to do a little better than FR/FF cars with same power/weigth ratio, adn ofcourse 4WD/AWD dothe best because of great traction
