idle prob
i have a 94 civic cx with the huge 1.5(lol) i had a idle surge and was told it was the fast idle valve,im lazy and never fixed it. now the cold weather hit and it runs like crap real hesitant. related or just time for a tune up? thanks in advance.

its in and out in 30 mins. change the iacv first. then see if theres another problem.
