Thermal R&D Exhausts

Hi guys! ive heard very good things about the Thermal R&D exhaust systems so far, and that they have very nice bassy exhaust note.
I was just wondering what kind of gains they offer compared to other companies such as Apexi, Mugen, Tanabe etc..

And more in particular, does anybody know the performance / sound differences between the Classic systems and Stealth systems.

Have any of you installed the Thermal systems on ur 4th gens?

Any feedback would be great!

Peace \/,,

errrrr...........anybody?

Everybody always talks about the Thermal Exhausts but nobody knows anything about them?

Does anybody know how much power gains a prelude would expect with a classic/stealth system?

Re: Thermal R&D Exhausts

Im actually looking to buy a stealth system too right now. From what i know, the CL systems are considerably loud. the stealth is much quieter and has a deep tone. my friend just got one and it seems to sound much louder on the inside than outside. from the outside you really cant even notice it in traffic bcuz its so quiet. power gains are good and the quality of these exhausts i think are known to be great.

Re: Thermal R&D Exhausts

ahhh thx kang
cant even hear in normal traffic? I think i would prefer a CL in that case, but wat do u mean by considerably loud? do u mean louder than stock (which would be good) or do u mean loud even compared to other after market exhausts..?
Oh and would the CL system have as much gains as compared with Apexi N1 and other top systems?

Re: Thermal R&D Exhausts

im looking at getting one of my civic and was yet to hear bad about them.
really with any preformance aftermarket exoset your going to be looking at the same results in gains.
the exost will only alow your engine to do so much.

Re: Thermal R&D Exhausts

So you think the gains between a CL thermal exhaust and say, a Mugen twin loop cat back system would be not noticable?
