cmp sensor problem/hard starting

when i start mi car only 2 cylinders are firing but when i unplug the cmp (camshaft position sensor) all 4 cylinders are firing but its takes awhile to start..what is the problem???how can i fix this problem?plzz help

it sounds like you need a new cam sensor

i have bought a new sensor and it still does same thing. any other ideas??

did you align the sensor right? if its the same as a 1g you can install it with the sensor part 180 degrees off without any way to tell. try pulling it off and turning the sensor 180 then put it back in

i just tried turning it 180 degrees to see if it resolved the problem..same thing happens.
